contained herein is officially sanctioned by the municipal entity known
as the Town of Franklin, Maine. The site is owned and operated by
Michael J. Heyden, a private individual with no official connection to
the Town of Franklin, whatsoever. Here are some other important points
to consider:
- This web site first appeared on line on April
1,
2002. It is intended to be a free public service or nuisance -
your choice. It is operated for four reasons:
- To give the webmaster a more meaningful hobby
than
pulling the wings off flies.
- To provide news, entertainment, and
