We were terribly disappointed at
Franklin's Memorial Day Ceremony that Bill Bellatty was fogged in on Cape
Cod and couldn't buzz us with the USCG Rescue Helicopter. Fortunately, a
last minute call by Ray Mosley to Senator Collins got us something almost
as good - a surprise fly over by the Navy's Blue Angels at the precise moment
that the monument was unveiled!
