One good citizen who always votes, no matter what, is 84 year old Erma Williams of West Franklin. Note the somewhat suspicious gaze she's directing at The Tugwassah Tattlah as she takes her ballot from the poll worker. No hanging chad here, folks. It's Maine and we know how to put our x's in the blocks of our choosing.
