This is all about a small town's celebration of
itself. Come with us to Eastbrook, Maine on July 10, 2004. It's an
overcast, but comfortable day and the crowd of several hundred waits
patiently for the start of the parade. Shibby Yeo, First Selectman of
Eastbrook and his daughter Marie, are in the town golf cart attempting
