Well. well. It's none other than Franklin's
Bruce Carter. He was the Master of Ceremonies for Eastbrook Days and
that was his ticket for a ride on the band wagon. Oh yea, he's also one
of them there politicians........this year he's a candidate for Hancock
County Commissioner. You'll be seeing a lot more about that between now
