You just couldn't make this up. Well, you
couldn't make it up, but we did. Anyway, all of these trike related
high jinks happened in the parking lot of the Franklin Veterans Club.
Besides being the occasional oasis for it's members, the Vets Club
actually is a community service organization. The big event for April
