This year at the Memorial Day Ceremony, various speakers took the ghostly personae of some of those who died in the service of their country. Here we see Third Selectman Teddy Giles as the voice of Jesse Hooper. He was a young man from Franklin who died of disease during the Civil War. After each speaker finished..........
