The Franklin Public
Library is located at 13 Main Street right in the heart of the downtown
business district. There is ample convenient parking along the side of the
building on Winter Street.
Entrance to the Library
is attained via a handicapped accessible, custom built wooden ramp running
from the parking lot on Winter Street. There is a rest room inside.
